Hello!
I received the below text after trying to port from Rogers to PM. I entered my IMEI instead of old account #, which appears to have been a mistake.
Could someone please provide a solution?

@MB12 Best to just use old provider account number and ignore the IMEI it’s not needed . No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message right away . Call them and they can re trigger the port request for you
