I just switched from public mobile to chatr, however I’m unable to port my phone number over because I can not get my public mobile account number

If you have the Public Mobile welcone e-mail mesaage from back when you signed up, your account number is in that too. It is near the top instead of your name.

Log into My Account...you'll see the account number there.
