Replied yes to previous provider request to transfer. Still no text or inbound calls almost 24 hours. Have sent a message to customer service, no response yet

Ok finally done. I think. Tried the number a bunch of times. Finally got through to a koodo guy. I think by choosing the option to move my number. He put me on hold for about 25 minutes to a porting person Turns out Rogers never received my confirmation text. Retriggered and now seems to be working, cross fingers

Did you call from the public mobile phone or another one? Still keep getting the message they will send a text to start the conversation which of course is impossible. It's an insane loop

I didn’t get a text, I just for connected to a human after waiting on hold for 20 mins.

I just called the number and responded to the initial questions (reason for calling etc) and then I waited on hold for about 20 mins and then a human picked up!

How did you get over the 'text' the sent you? When I call, input my number, they said a text will be sent to me to start the 'help' but I cannot receive text right now.

Thanks so much! Apparently, there was an issue with the IMEI number I provided and so I had to provide my account number for my old carrier and they were able to submit a new request. That was confirmed and the transfer should be completed within the next two hours. So I would recommend calling as they were able to fix my issue!

Ok, I rebooted my phone twice, reinsert the sim, didn't fix it. I called my daughter and call display shows my number, so my number did transfer over fine. When she call me back it goes directly to call forwarding.

It's multiple different carriers.
From my observations, there are more reports from fizz.

Honestly, with the vast amount of reported issues on this, you could be waiting fir another day for a response.
When did you message them?
Have you removed your previous sim? Rebooted?

Been 10 hour for me, same issue. Did you port from Rogers? Wonder if that is the problem.
