Ok finally done. I think. Tried the number a bunch of times. Finally got through to a koodo guy. I think by choosing the option to move my number. He put me on hold for about 25 minutes to a porting person Turns out Rogers never received my confirmat...
Did you call from the public mobile phone or another one? Still keep getting the message they will send a text to start the conversation which of course is impossible. It's an insane loop
