Porting Koodo number

@Jeremy_M I just activated my sim card and as per instructions I'm contacting you for help porting my number. Can you pleaes help?

I'm actually getting a different kind of error message only when trying to check availability and can't get past that. Here's what it says:

 

"Generic Error Oh no something went wrong but don't panic. Log out and then log back in to continue. Or return to login page."

 

And then the same thing over and over again. This also happening to a port from a Fido number for my wife. I sent a message to a Mod and no reply. Really hope this is not a sign of things to come for me with this PM so I don't regret switching.
