Porting Issues - Can’t Receive Calls or Texts

Recently switched from Bell, ported my number too. Basically what titles says. I tried opening a ticket / contacting support directly, but it’s buggy and doesn’t show up in my inbox. I’m at a loss of what I should do. Please help

You'll need to open a ticket then.  I know that you already tried this, but please go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type in "customer support agent".   If that still doesn't work, send a private message to CS_Agent by going to: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Is this number from Bell Canada or from Bell Mobility?  A transfer from a landline could take a few days.  If the number is from Bell Mobility, did you reply to a text message sent by Bell Mobility to approve the phone number transfer?
