Recently switched from Bell, ported my number too. Basically what titles says. I tried opening a ticket / contacting support directly, but it’s buggy and doesn’t show up in my inbox. I’m at a loss of what I should do. Please help
Hello! The number is from Bell mobility, I replied to the message, and even called Bell support to confirm the transfer, which they did. It’s from a physical sim (Bell) to an eSim (Public). I removed the Bell sim as well, which didn’t fix anything.
