Porting Issue

Hi I just ported my number from Rogers.

Iphone 6S - Public Mobile #

Iphone 5 - Rogers #

After porting, when i call with my Iphone 6S, it shows my ported Rogers number. However, when i try to call my ported Rogers number, it is ringing up on my old iPhone 5.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, your port is not completed at this time. Wait another half an hour to complete the port.

That's normal behaviour until the port-in finishes. DO NOT close your Rogers account; that will happen automatically.

If your port-in of a cell number has stalled more than 3 hours you will need moderator assistance. Send any one of them a private message ( @Mary_M for example) with your phone number and an explanation. Coverage is currently: Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)

Include the following info:

• old carrier account number, exactly as shown on your bill
• old carrier phone number
• the name, exactly as shown on your bill
• an Alternate Phone Number; someone else’s, not your own
