Ported number issues (can't receive calls or sms)

I ported my number yesterday from Virgin plus to PM through the app. Currently, I have service to my PM esim, and when I call someone, the correct number shows up in their caller ID. However, I currently cannot receive SMS messages or phone calls to my ported number (goes straight to VM). Its more than 24 hours after porting.

sound like the number not ported yet.  But check with PM porting support team and confirm.   I will send you the number to PM Porting support team  Please check your community inbox

@Swamy  you would need to submit a ticket to public mobile to check what's happening.
