I ported from Bell to PCMobile Esim 15 days ago.
Over the last couple of days I've been told by people that they called and texted me.
I tested it and confirmed, I haven't had working text and calling since porting!
I checked the Bell account and it's still active despite porting out!
Can someone please help?

If your prior service is still active, you did not properly complete the port.
When you entered the prior service information on the activation, did you keep the Bell SIM card in your device and wait for the port authorization text and then reply to that text with the word yes within 90 minutes of getting it?

@Tazyin No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message right anway , and they can re trigger the port request for you . If you still have the bell sim leave it in phone to reply yes to the confirmation text to port
