Hello, I had set up my account a while back. I know cannot get into my profile. I need my account number.

Are you porting in or out?
If you are porting out, you need the PM account number but you can use the IMEI of the phone but there is usually a glitch using the IMEI.
If you are porting in, you need to use the PM app to complete the porting process.
Can we get more detail of what you need?

All it wants me to do is complete activation.

You can also login to your account and go to View Payment History then click on Download and it will have the information including your account number then print it out.

To get your account phone number you can go to My Account and click the drop down arrow, then click Profile. If you scroll down to Account Info you will see Account Number, if you click the eye and you will see your account number. https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-profile
If that is not working then try doing the same thing on the Public Mobile app. If still nothing then try submitting a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent and they can help you. Click me (CS Agent Ticket)
