Ported FM to PM on Thurs night - Today: Still not receiving texts/calls

I ported my number from Freedom to PM on Thursday night and am still experiencing a few issues:

 

  1. I can send texts and make calls - but I am only receiving a few texts (mostly late ones) and no calls.  
  2. I am unable to log into my account. I tried to register for an account  with the self-registration link but it says my number is "* The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already." I also tried the "forget your password" reset and that did not work.  
  3. This might have to do with the fact that when I was registering my number this messaged appeared at the final stages of confirmation: "Oops ... It seems that something went wrong .. Please href=" https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help"
    Target="_blank">email us to get your account operational. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Please let me know what I should do... Thanks!

You have encountered a porting problem during activation which then affects account setup. You will need the help of the moderator team to resolve the stuck port.  Here's how to contact a moderator via private message.  Good luck, welcome to the service.
