I am trying to port a number from Telus to Public Mobile but when I fill in the form the rquired fields clear when I move to the next field
The fields for:
will not keep any value that I type into them.
I've opened a ticket for a port request.

The second transfer worked without errors.
I don't have any more numbers to transfer for further testing.

I originally only tried account number but when it kept clearing out I tried the other options.
While I was typing the original post the moderators got the transfer completed.
I cleared cookies and cache and had the same issue. I will try private with the next transfer.

@shaneknysh Try using your browser's private/incognito mode. Only provide the account number; don't bother with the other two.
