I signed up to another provider almost 24 hours ago and I haven't received a text to port the number. Can someone help me.

Is your old account still active? Did you keep your old sim card in your phone so you could receive the text via your old provider?

you should contact your new cell network to find out if the transfer process has been initiated yet.
