You need to contact your new carrier to start the porting process but leave your PM SIM in your phone so you can reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting out.

@GoldFusion You just need to make sure your public mobile account is active leaving PM sim in the phone and start the port with freedom so you can reply YES to the confirmation text to port . After successfully porting your PM number it will automatically close the PM account . But if you need PM support for anything else here’s a direct link
