I just got it but. He just sent me same QR code again so still not working. He replied after 5 hours later. So slow…

@Kevinymshin , I find that can be an odd error! Sometimes it says that yet installs but just needs activated!
Please try these things below to see if any help. Others have experienced similar issue & sometimes these suggestions have worked! (Not always though)
Reboot your phone.
In cellular settings make sure that ‘Turn On This Line’ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)
If it still doesn’t work after trying my instructions & won’t let you install it using the app there should be a QR Code to scan in your welcome email!
