Hi,

my phone number is deactivated. I want to cancel my plan and transfer my phone number to another company. However, I was not able to port out my phone number until you activate it. Could you help me with that?

Phone number

647xxxxxxx

Let me know when I can get my number posted out. Thank you!

Regards,

@kidimin, if your account is suspended but not terminated (suspension less than 90 days), you can simply purchase a basic $10 plan to make it active so the porting function can be allowed.  Since your account is suspended, you will need to seek moderator team assistance to make the plan change.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Please include in the private message account number and PIN code. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

Porting a number requires coming from an active service. If you've been inactive for more than 90 days then you have lost all business to do with Public Mobile. If less than 90 days then you would need to pay to re-activate your service and THEN you can port out an active number.
