my phone number is deactivated. I want to cancel my plan and transfer my phone number to another company. However, I was not able to transfer my phone number until you activate it. Could you help me with that? Let me know when I can get my number transferred. Thank you!

Not sure why the same question was repeated by the same OP. Maybe an Oracle can combine the 2 threads.

Your account must be active to port out your number, so you will need to reactivate.
I would recommend switching to the $10/30day plan. Since your account is expired, only the Moderator Team can change your plan. Send them a private message and they can help you out with that.
