Port out issue

I want to port out my number from public mobile to freedom.  They are not able to send me request.

just take a new Freedom number for now...then when it's up and running, then initiate transfer from PM to Freedom. Just don't cancel your PM account until transferred successfully. If you can't get the transfer request to Public Mobile, tap the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start the process to get Customer Support to look into it for you.

PS...make sure you leave your Public Mobile sim in the cell until it quit working. Then, you can install the Freedom sim.

your Public Mobile account must be active and in good standing .....is it currently ?
