- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern time.
- Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern time.

Their hours changed a while ago. They're now M-F 8am-00 (ET) and Sat-Sun 8am-10pm (ET).

Moderator wait time is 2 to 3 days.
Are you port a number from Koodo prepaid?
If yes, wait for moderator.
If no, you can login to your account and select
[Plan and Add-Ons]--> [Change Phone Number] --> [Transfer a wireless or wireline number ] to port your Koodo postpaid number to PM.

I'm also trying to port a Kodoo number to PM. I've sent a Private Message request with details of both accounts about 4 hours ago and am waiting for the @CS_Agent to reply. How long does it normally take for them to get in touch? Do they only work day job type hours?
