Send private message to MOD's and wait for the issue to get resolved (NO ETA. Few days if not weeks). There are hundreds of customers who are having the same issue and Chatr cannot help you as this is a porting issue from PM side. Good luck.

I'm having the same issue with Rogers, I can make calls and text but it like seems no one can call me cause it goes straight to voice mail

Did you activate the SIM and port the number in one step or did you break it up?
