Hello,
During my port in from Freedom mobile, I experienced some hiccups. When I inserted my SIM into phone I found that I had no service of any kind including talk, text, or data. When I logged into my account I found nothing was selected for the phone plan when in fact I did during the porting in process.
I then proceed to change to the correct plan I needed to select (albeit had to pay an extra $10). Once I corrected that, I was able to call out, but still no text, data or incoming calls
Please help!

It's odd, because I did receive the SMS, after checking APN and network settings, still no text or data or incoming calls.

You should also request a credit/refund for any overcharge once everything is working.

Yeah, it takes time. Up to half an hour. I had the same. Reboot your phone couple of times untill you got SMS from PuMob.
