Good evening,
I'm in the midst of helping my wife activate her new service with PM but saw that I need to request assistance to transfer her old number from Koodo. What is the process surrounding this?

If you was with prepaid with koodo...you will need moderator's help...

If you was post paid you can do it yourself. But it's better to take a number from public mobile first and when everything is working ok go in your self serve account and in the tab plan add-ons change your number.

The best way would be to innitially register with a new number so she will continue to have a phone. Then go into her account and request to change the phone and port the Koodo number. Then send a private message to a moderator with her account info and ask them to complete the port, you can send them a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Make sure that you keep the Koodo number active, it cannot be ported if the account is closed.
