Hi, I am trying to port my Fido number to PM but got the following error in the portal:
We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance.
The above message showed after I clicked on the check eligibility button.
BTW, I was new to PM

I ported my number from Fido, but I didn't have any issues.
I just finished it for only 30 min.
when i did, I used Firefox on Linux Mint.
I don't know how much difference between each web browser.
you try it again on another browser.

Be sure to check that all your services are functional and the amount charged to your credit card is correct. If you do have further issues please start a new thread for each.

Thanks for everybody, although the error message showed up. Apparently the port has been completed successfully as I have received the text message.

Try using private/incognito browsing mode. If you have access to apple devices, try using safari browser.
