Hello, I am trying to port my number from Koodo Prepaid to Public Prepaid but my number is not elegible on the Public mobile side on my self serve. I called Koodo Prepaid customer service and was told that the number is elegible on the Koodo Prepaid side and was told to contact Public Mobile community in order to port the number. Are there any solutions?

PM prepaid and Koodo prepaid are using the same backend. As far as the automated porting is concern, they are the same provider. Therefore, your Koodo prepaid number must be manually ported to PM.
If you are activate a new plan, get a PM number during activation. After activation, create a support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

@Hyejin click here to start a conversation with Simon the chat bot and get a ticket. Tell them you want to port over from Koodo prepaid ! They should get back to you usually within 48 hours but hopefully sooner. In the meantime you can keep using your Koodo Sim card until the port is complete and also don't cancel your Koodo account because it won't be able to port.
