I lost my SIM card and I tried to port out from public mobile into freedom mobile from a local mobile shop. I have not received any email but a public mobile email that teaches me how to port into public mobile.
The problem is you need to confirm the port out replying to a text message from here on the old sim. Which is lost. So you need to buy a sim, apply it to your account, put it in a phone and ask Freedom to re-request the port.
