I have always had till the 26th of the month to pay my bill which is charged on my credit card. Today my account was cut off on the 23rd of the month. I have been unable to reach anybody to get this resolved. Their chatbot does not work and says it is unavailable. So what recourse do I have to resolve this?

Billing period is 30 days not 1 month so your billing date will float every month eventually losing 5/6 days a year.

This place is 30 days, not monthly. It is only the same after a 30 day month. So you'll need to make a manual payment to restart the service.
Adding - if I have it right, the last time you paid on the 26th would have been May and April then March would have been the 27th.
