I live in Dartmouth Nova Scotia (Cole Harbour) and the Public Mobile signal strength is very poor, such that I can't use it to make clear calls from my basement. Long distance calls are often dropped mid call when made from the ground floor, and that's using either my phone, or my wife's. Is anyone else having these problems? It's not like we are in the middle of nowhere, and it's getting to the point where we are likely to switch providers.

Does this problem occur anywhere else?
If not, it’s environmental, due to the basement.
The same would hold true in most concrete structures, such as hardware stores, or Costco’s, or other concrete monstrosities.
Have someone else try making calls from the same location where you’re having troubles from, ideally with a different carrier, to see if the problem is similar for them.

Have you tried to toggle 5G/4G/3G to see what gets you the best results? What phone are you using? I'm curious if it's VoLTE compatible on PM.
