Hello,
Just for curiosity sake I checked my points to see how many I had and what I could do with them. I don't really care about the points but I have had an account for almost 2 years and for the first year I was getting 1.8 point per month and now I get almost half that but am not sure why. Also, is there anything that you can do with the points other than get more data?
Thanks

if any month you run out of data and you need to buy addon, it is actually better to redeem points for data. It is cheaper than buying. Like 5 Points (=$5 value) to buy 5GB data, but it is $20 if you pay
Purchasing a data add-on must be done strategically as it expires 30 days after purchase. When your regular plan renewal occurs and you get a fresh batch of plan data, the data you'll be using after plan renewal is plan data ..not add-on data. In other words, you might end up never using all the add-on data.
If you end up running outta plan data on a regular basis...might be better to just upgrade plans to something with more data.

One of my friend was like you and he haven’t redeem any of his points he collected over 4 years. I asked him to check his account to see how many points he currently have…apparently enough points to pay for 2 months bill.

Hey @Emrys2025
Honestly, I prefer to use my points to get $20 credits to my account to cover the cost of my plan. Works great for me.

Have a look in the help article, they did make a change to the program. One of the best rewards is a bill credit. Load and scroll through the entire list of rewards available on the website.
