If I switch to a different plan it says I will receive so many $ points a month is this for every month and can you take
that amount off your bill each month?
Also it will not be auto pay anymore with the new system will it?

wrong info on "no points for loyalty". You might not like it, but the 10 anniversary points is effectively a loyalty bonus
Absolutely right! Typed too fast and missed to mention anniversary generous bonus points.

You will get 10 points each year on the anniversary of the date you joined PM.

If you have a lot of friend referrals that's pretty much where the points will come from. 1 point for each. If not, yea it will take awhile. But, no they will not be providing the 2.00 credit for Autopay.
Better other telecom companies, still get something back 😏

Ok tks
it seems will take a whole year to get to 15 points.
Glad they are still doing auto pay.

Autopay will stay but you will not get any points for it.No points for loyalty either.
Correction: for loyalty you get 10 points at anniversary. Thanks @hTideGnow, forgot about that.
Only points are for community participation, referrals and 5% of your bill.

@Gigsdo each plan has 5% back each month. However, you have to pay your full plan price plus taxes each month upfront.
When you accumulate 15 points, you can use that to get $15 dollars off your bill. You have to sign into your account to redeem.
You will not get credit for autopay anymore.
