Points and bonus gigs

If you change your plans do you loose your points and bonus gigs? Or are they carried over? I have 6 gigs from Christmas bonuses from last few years that are not used and need to change my plan

No your points and bonuses will not change if you change plan. It will just roll over to the next month until you use it all up.

@Robbellrose   No you wont , Are you on points or rewards if rewards no you don’t lose by changing plans . If on points and just signed up you may lose the x3 /5x bonus that’s giving for a limited time .. but essentially you don’t lose your perks to change plans or friend referral 

edit your x mas bonus gigs will stay you won’t lose them they are tied to your account not your plan and will continue to roll over till you use them or port out and close account
