I tried using multiple credit cards and debit cards of Visa and Mastercard but got this error each time I tried activating my new SIM card. Kindly help.

No, the card wasn't charged. It was a problem with cache/cookies it seems. I used a different browser and worked well. Thanks for your inputs

If your CC wasn't charged yet. Maybe clear the cache, cookies and go incognito then try enter the CC info.

Please check your online statements to ensure that none of your cards were actually charged. Also, if you tried each card multiple times, the card may have been locked out from use (either by your bank or by Public Mobile). Are you cards issued by eitther a Canadian or Amercian finanancial institution? Cards from elswhere cannot be used.
