Pm says I don't have roaming.

I am trying to call my roommate. He is on PM as well. I get an error when i try to call him saying that I do not have US roaming credits. I cannot call him. 

I can call elsewhere.

Put in a ticket. It was escalated. No word from PM yet.

I don't see this as a roaming issue. The customer is able to call other phone numbers.

WHERE is your roommate? In Canada or in USA?

Where are YOU currently?

Whenever you call somebody from USA you have to have US add-on.

But if you are NOT living close to the border at all, you are caught with one of the glitch currently PM has, please open a ticket with support and they can fix it quickly

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link
