Recently switched to public mobile(3 weeks ago) only receiving texts from other iPhones. Not receiving calls, people said it just goes straight to voicemail. Not IMPRESSED with this provider. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed?? I’m using an iPhone 11

@Ray39As others here have mentioned already, if you ported your number to Public Mobile from another carrier, you may have missed the port-out confirmation text that was sent to your old provider SIM.
To confirm if your port is actually incomplete, put your old carriers SIM back into your phone and see if you still have service on it. You may be able to receive calls on that one. If so, you'll need to leave that SIM in your phone and contact support to re-initiate the port request.
This process will trigger an SMS to your old provider, which you have to reply to within 90 minutes. If successful, your old SIM should stop working, and then at that point you can put the Public Mobile SIM back into your phone and incoming calls should work there.

@Ray39 Did you bring your number over from another provider? If yes, did you get the text on your old sim and provider asking you to authorize the port? Sounds like your port got stuck. Contact a CS agent and open a ticke, they will help you.
You can contact a Customer Service Rep one of 2 ways.
1. At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.

@Ray39 your porting was not completed, you got oMessage because it is a different thing
Can you at least make incoming calls?
A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

Did you transfer a previous number over? Did you leave the old sim in a phone to confirm a text? Is the old account still active?
