Please help port our numbers from PC Mobile

@Mary_M Can you please help my wife and I port our old PC Mobile numbers over to Public Mobile. I sent a PM almost a week ago but you might not have gotten to it yet.

@markgolakovich I had to get help to port my PC Mobile number as well. Didn't get any answer through email or PM, but ended up getting it ported by contacting Public Mobile through Facebook messenger, they responded to me and got my number ported within a couple of hours, worth a try!

I get the error message "We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance."

@markgolakovich  how far did you get in the porting process?  Did your port get stuck?
