I am not getting a password reset link in my email. Please help. It is for a different account other than mine, I need help from a moderator @Mary_M. thank you.

You should not post personal information such as phone number in this public forum. Please edit your post to remove that info. (Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of your post).
Your issue may require a password reset. If you've tried the "forgot password" link and it doesn't work for you, then you'll need to contact a moderator by private message. Include your phone number and e-mail address.
Since password resets are time sensitive, and private messaging is the moderators' preferred method of communication for account issues, I advise you to turn on e-mail notifications for receipt of private messages in your community account. To do this, go to Settings -> Preferences -> Private Messenger. There is a checkbox next to "Receive email notifications for new private messages" which you can toggle on/off. Be sure to hit save after making the change.

I see from your previous posts that you had this problem before:

In that previous instance, moderator Mary_M asked if your account had been deactivated for greater than 90 days, but you never answered in the forum. FYI, any account that has been in an expired state for 90 consecutive days is removed. If that is the case in your situation, then there is no account to log into.
