I cannot activate my account because my phone is incompatible with esim. But accidentally selected esim when signing up. This is hell. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. Do it via your backend because your frontend is God awful.

Give PM a chance. Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax).

Remove autopay - subscription and in 90 days of NO PAY your account will be deleted, number lost.
To keep your account AND immediately close your PM account - port out your number to other provider.
