I recently hooked up to Public Mobile. I purchased the $25 1 G plan. Today I received a Welcome email. It said I purchased the $25 plan and will be given 500 MG . Where is the rest of my data?

Current $25 plan does come with 1GB of data.

Post screenshot of your account showing minutes/data to confirm.

@Queenstrent PM has change its Plan details a month or 2 ago, likely they are sending you the old Welcome email.  

Yes, with $25 plan, you will be getting 1GB data.  You can confirm your plan details by logging into My Account.  Just ignore the email

And does it say somewhere something about getting $2 for autopay? If so, then that's also wrong. But you could certainly demand it this once. The argument would be that you have a message saying so. It should not be your problem they can't keep up with the proper messaging.

Ignore it....you have 1024mb's of data at your disposal.
