I need to cancel a credit card payment. I set up an account under my daughters email. Turns out the email address we put in is no longer valid. The public mobile SIM card we activated is stuck in the phone and there is no way to use the phone. I need to cancel the payment on my credit card but because we do not have access to the email. There is no way to cancel the payment.

hi you can call 1-855-478-2542 from any phone and enter her phone number. then dial 5 to enable/disable autopay. you will also need to enter the 4 digit account pin

HI All,
I am not sure why the way I show people how to open ticket with PM CS agent ended up gone all the time. I tried so many times and I have to use picture to show to get around
Was that because some other member who was spammer was copying my words before and now I got into problem too?

did you try Reset Password?
If that not work, open ticket with CS Agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems with above method, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@Brecamhan3 - you can still log in with an invalid email if you know the password.
But if you don't know the password, than you will need CSA help to change the email, and remove payment if necessary.
