Very simple. While in your account click on:

You will see all available Plans. Scroll up/down with arrows at right. Plans are sorted by price this 3G and 4G are mixed up.
Select and follow instructions on the screen.

@Lorifretz Hi go into your self serve account go to plans and add ons,press change plans and use the down arrow to scroll through plans,pick the one you want and either change now or change at renewal

If self serve is being finicky try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.
