So I am switching to a new plan on renewal date but I can’t see it the new one that I am changing to now I am unsure is there anyway of seeing what I am changing to thanks

@car62 I have only managed to check on the upcoming plan changes in my account from a desktop computer. Desktop mode hasn't worked for me while viewing on my Android mobile browser. I don't see my upcoming subscription change in the app either. If you have computer access, login to your account, and check "Subscriptions & Add-ons". You should see in red an upcoming subscription under your current subscription.

@car62 Go to subscriptions add in page you should see your current plan and your upcoming plan also check your payment page it will show your upcoming payment and plan also

I would suggest you download the Public Mobile app and check there. When you open it, sign in, then at the bottom left corner you'll see a plus/circle. Click on that then go to Subscriptions and Add-ons. You should see the change on that screen there. Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to show up.

And msybe just browser cache problem and you were not seeing the proper plan. Please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to check My Account once more
