Yes, it based on your current plan. They don't provide good plans anymore. Mostly more money for less.

But keep looking from tine to time. They also send out sms offers with ok deals sometimes.

what plan you have now and what price range are you looking for?

it is true that current subscribers will have less choice or plan change, especially for cheaper plans.  There is still chance you can get $35 or even $30, but very unlikely you will see $25 plans for below

but you can try to downgrade gradually.  Pick the cheapest plan you see, change to it and you might see some even cheaper one later

If you look on the app, go to subscription, change subscription and see what plans are there...  usually there are a few plans lower than what you're paying. You can choose one of those but choose for At Renewal and not now. Then next 30 day cycle, do the same thing. See what offers are there. Keep going lower and lower until you're happy with the plan you want.

you usually don't get too many downgrade choice.  I wouldn't say impossible to downgrade, but you just have to patiently wait for them to show up
