How do I change my plan?

You have two options to change plans. Schedule a change plan on next renewal as explained by @HALIMACS  which is the recommended option or change plan immediately (now) which is normally only done when data has run out and a 1gb data add on will not fulfill your needs until next renewal.

 

If you want to renew your current plan you must manually add the funds to pay for your plan and contact customer support otherwise just add the funds and choose your new plan. Keep in mind if you have a grandfathered plan you will not be able to go back to it.

 

If you have a promotional bonus such as 2gb of recurring monthly plan data you will likely lose the promo by changing plans.  Please refer to your activation promotion terms and conditions before changing plans to see if you will lose it or not. Ask here if you are unsure as we can relate our personal experience when changing plans and whether you will keep promotional bonuses.

Here’s the process for changing plans, first login to Self Serve to this screen:



Then, click Change Plan:

Then select desired Plan:

Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:
