Did you do this at activation? If so it will be difficult to get it changed but you can try.....follow @dabr 's instructions to contact customer support and plead your case. If you wanted a higher priced plan or you selected the $40/5gb plan in your self serve account instead of the $40/15gb plan you will have a better chance of getting it changed than downgrading your plan. Good luck!

@JessicaSouza Did you just change today? Then you can ask customer support to switch you back (no guarantees, though) via chatbot here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Otherwise, you can select Change Plans again but this time select Change at Next Renewal which will change you back to your previous plan (if not discontinued) and it's recommended as PM doesn't prorate or refund unused days left in your current cycle.

Go into your self serve and change it through plans and add ons. If you made the change for immediately you will get charged twice as it isn't prorated. Best is if you select change on renewal.

@JessicaSouza @If you changed it for next renewal just go back to plan add on table and cancel plan change if you hit change now there’s no refunds as it’s prepaid and just set to plan you want for next renewal but you can try and see if support will make an exception in your case
