I’m subscribed. I have money in my account. It says it’s renewing today but it hasn’t renewed yet and I can’t make calls or use data. Can’t get in touch with anyone, just a bunch of ERROR messages. This company is ass.

you have money in your My Account or you meant with credit card?
BEST to wait a full hour before trying again ONCE. And when you try, try using Incognito mode
If it still does not work, and if Available Fund on your My Account is currently showing $0 and you just cannot use the credit card to pay, you can try to get a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and then load the voucher to resume service that way
If your account actually have enough Available Fund to renew, you can try the Lost/Stolen trick
- Login to My Account, go to Profile page, click Report Lost/Stolen Phone and click Put my service on hold
(or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/lost-or-stolen-phone) - log out of My Account and wait 5 mins
- Log back into My Account after 5 mins , again using Incognito mode, and turn off the Lost/Stolen phone and try to resume service that way
