I’m subscribed. I have money in my account. It says it’s renewing today but it hasn’t renewed yet and I can’t make calls or use data. Can’t get in touch with anyone, just a bunch of ERROR messages. This company is ass.

you have money in your My Account or you meant with credit card?
BEST to wait a full hour before trying again ONCE. And when you try, try using Incognito mode
If it still does not work, and if Available Fund on your My Account is currently showing $0 and you just cannot use the credit card to pay, you can try to get a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and then load the voucher to resume service that way
If your account actually have enough Available Fund to renew, you can try the Lost/Stolen trick
