I have a subscription with Public Mobile. I set my mother up with an account and her credit card expired, I can't get into her account to reactivate it.

if it is just you cannot receive the 2FA code on her phone , you can try to get it via email if you have access to the email. Click Reset Code and then Send Email

did you stucik wtih the login or you an login but stuck with payment?
one quick way to resume service first is to get a voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London drug. Once you got the voucher, you can load to the account using *611 or 1.855.4PUBLIC
