A few months ago, I updated my plan to the 6GB @4G speed. My phone however still indicates a 3G speed. I want to be sure I am receiving the service I am paying for. How can I be assisted with this?

Is your phone compatible with the 4G LTE network?

@kate012588 , assuming you have your phone set to LTE preferred, the network connection would still depend on local network conditions. Even the 3G speed plans are on the LTE network. The only difference is that data speed is throttled to different limits for 3G vs 4G plans.

In your phone settings..can you manually select LTE or 4G.
