Plan renewal

My plan didn't appear to renew properly today. Or there was an unauthorized charge to my account to purchase extra data on November  20

My plan right now states I have 1GB of data available, but plan is not active. I can not used my phone to make phone calls or send texts

A couple of things sound out of whack there... I presume you're on the $25 plan which includes 1GB data each cycle.

Also, have you purchased any add-ons recently or renewed/changed plans BEFORE the normal renewal date?

Can you post a screenshot of your payment history screen for the past 30 days, masking any personally identifiable information for your privacy?

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

reboot your phone...see if that helps.
