Help! For the last few days I cannot send or receive text or calls.

When are Moderators available and how long till I get a response.

During business hours, we strive to answer customer messages swiftly. You will often get an answer within an hour. During peak periods, you may need to wait up to 48 hours.

Moderators are available:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8AM- 10PM Eastern time.

And be patient please

@Llyr , is this a newly created plan it existing plan that suddenly stopped working?  Is this a limited use plan where usage might be consumed?  Also is account active?  Is these suggestions don't explain the service disruption, I suggest having the moderator team investigate the situation.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution.
