Plan not working

My plan says it active and my credit card issued the payment but my phone isnt working. This is my second month and I had no issued the first month. Who can I contact to resolve this issue? Seems like Im being sent in circles..

Did you change plans recently?  If you can screenshot your payment history, that night be helpful to determine if anything went wrong with renewal,  (avoid showing account information)

 

Might want to try re-booting your phone if you have not tried already....

@cheowski, I am guessing you were on auto-pay?  Was your renewal date yesterday?  Today?  Was the phone working just prior to the renewal?  Also, what type of plan do you have (talk/text/data), and is any part of the plan working?  Lastly, have you tried restarting the phone.
